If you are interested in volunteering your time, offering ideas, or providing feedback, please contact us by email.
To become a volunteer, you must:
- be 19 years of age or older;
- provide a criminal record check (free for volunteers at the local RCMP detachment);
- sign a waiver;
- be available for two orientation evenings prior to start; and
- state hours of availability (weekdays, weeknights, and/or weekends).

We always welcome community initiatives that help raise money and awareness, provided approval is secured in advance. If you are considering hosting a fundraiser to benefit RDHS, please contact us at the idea stage and we'll get back to you right away!
